Your (further referred to as "You", "Member", "the Member"; , and / or "Mobster") use of the Service, and / or MobsterLord.com ( indicating MobsterLord.com or Mobster Lord), will be subject to the terms of this Terms of Service Agreement (TOS). The TOS may change from time to time. Any use of the Service after a change, indicates that You agree to any and all changes to the TOS.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for determining what, if any, products are suitable for your purposes. If you are found to be in violation of the TOS, your master account will be frozen/banned. If you are a Supporter, and you violate the TOS, your master account will be frozen/banned as well.

If you sustain losses while using the Service as a result of a multiple account (multi) and/or a cheater, and lose defensive units, operatives, and / or any other resources, the Service will replace your direct losses only, which will be determined by reviewing the offending account's activity with your account within the Service. The responsibility of making any such claims rests upon you. The Service shall not be held liable for claims insinuating that such activity affected the overall outcome of a Member's ranking within the Service.

It is incumbent upon you, the Member, to comply with your own territorial laws when you use the Service. The Service assumes no responsibility or liability for damages to you, should you, the Member, participate illegally. By logging into the Service, you represent to the Service that you are participating legally, and understand the law as it pertains to the jurisdiction where you reside, and/or access the Service from. Additionally, by accepting/agreeing to the TOS of this Service, you as the Member, represent and affirm yourself to be of legal adult age in the country or jurisdiction in which you reside, and access the Service from. Also, by accepting/agreeing to the TOS of the Service, you represent and guarantee to the Service, that you are legally allowed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, and/or access the Service from, to participate in the Service, as a Member.

Note: The Service makes no representations or warranties, implicit or explicit, as to your legal right to participate in MobsterLord.com. You are subject to all laws of the state, province and/or country in which you reside and/or from which you access MobsterLord.com, and you are solely responsible for obeying those laws. You agree that MobsterLord.com cannot be held liable, if laws applicable to you restrict or prohibit your participation. Certain jurisdictions do not legally permit skill-based games to be played for tangible cash prizes. For members who originate from these jurisdictions, the game may only be played on a free-basis. Members from the following countries are not eligible for any tangible prize available on MobsterLord.com:

Brazil, Argentina, the People's Republic of China, South Korea, Japan.

The following U.S States also do not permit skill-based games to be played for tangible prizes. Members who originate from these states are similary ineliblible for the tangible prizes:

Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Iowa, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Vermont. For those states, MobsterLord.com can be played, but only on a free basis without tangible prize offerings.

Prior to sending any tangible prizes, MobsterLord.com reserves the right to, and will, monitor the location from which you access MobsterLord.com. If we find that you are accessing the site from one of the above mentioned jurisdictions, you will be informed that you are not be eligible for the tangible prize.

Additionally, if we find you accessing MobsterLord.com from a Proxy IP address, we will interpret that as an attempt to disguise your location, and will, without hesitation ban your account regardless of your position or level in the game. If there should be a legitimate reason for you accessing from a Proxy, it is incumbent on you to notify us immediately so that we may analyze the situation to determine validity. Otherwise, your account will be banned. MobsterLord.com administrators may from time to time request information from you in order to establish to a reasonable certainty your identity, location, an/or age, for eligibility purposes. Failure on your part to comply with such requests, will result in termination of your account, and/or forfeiture of any possible award.

By accepting/agreeing to the TOS of this Service, you, as the Member, acknowledge your awareness that the Service does periodically send out newsletters, notices, and emails with regard to this Service, to all registered members. Should you, as the Member, elect not to receive emails, notices, and/or newsletters from the Service, it is incumbent upon you to notify Mobser Lord of your wish not to receive email, notices, and/or newsletters from the Service.
